The first time I did the Temple Fit Challenge…it wasn’t so pretty. In fact, I actually gave up 3 days in on the vegetables and fruit. (The craving for pasta and a chocolate chip cookie broke me down. Finding out how addicted I was to these foods, completely changed my life!
Since then, I have completed the Temple Fit Challenge 4 times (woo-hoo!), and I have learned a lot along the way. I recorded for you my TOP 5 TIPS for the cleanse. This will save you from that 3-day struggle and make you a Temple Fit Challenge champion that even Daniel would be proud of. 🙂 And guess what, if you fall off one day, just jump right back in. We’re not here to judge you, we’re all in this together. Keep your buddies encouraged and really keep your mind focused on your “What does God want me FIT for?” goals.
